There are hundreds of programs out there with conflicting information and no one program works for everyone, so I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health and nutrition goals.
As a Holistic Health Coach, I create a supportive environment and guide you in discovering which approach and elements work best for you. As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I introduce different styles and techniques, from various yoga traditions, that will benefit you the most physically, emotionally and mentally, to help eliminate unnecessary stress along the way, ultimately creating a balanced life.

The name Garnet Leaf was inspired by the deep, rich red color associated with the root chakra. Our root chakra is one of the energy centers in our body, located at the base of our spine, it represents our connection to the earth... our purpose here. Plants and their leaves grow and change with the seasons, like the cycles of our lives, providing us with the essential nourishment to sustain a healthy life. For me, these two ideas fit together perfectly with my life's purpose... to inspire everyone to live a happy, healthy life through yoga and holistic nutrition.
